Charge Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing

HumanGood community seeks a Charge Nurse RN to lead clinical care on our skilled nursing unit. You will coordinate daily resident care, assign and oversee nursing staff, and ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, wound care, documentation, and collaborating with physicians and families.
