Wound Care RN

HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Wound Care RN to provide specialized assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic wounds across our healthcare facilities. In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on wound prevention and self-care. You’ll document outcomes, monitor healing progress, and ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.
