Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Maintenance Technician I supports HSN by performing basic maintenance and repairs on conveyors, PIT equipment, and general building systems. We are looking for a basic understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, assists other mechanics with more complex tasks, and participates in 5S and facility cleaning activities.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is onsite at our Piney Flats, TN fulfillment center and requires you to work from this location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
  • You will report directly to the Maintenance Area Manager.
  • 7:00pm - 7:30am - 12 Hour Rotating Scheduled

What You'll Do

  • Perform and facilitate general facility repairs to maintain safe, operational building systems.
  • Maintain equipment maintenance, including planned and unplanned repairs and preventative maintenance on production-related equipment.
  • Identify and report potential issues to team leaders so that you complete resolutions before they affect facility operations.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years' experience as an industrial mechanic maintaining electro‑mechanical equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical controls, conveyors, drives, shafts, bearings, and hand tools.
  • Able to lift 30 lbs and 70 lbs, climb ladders, work in varying temperatures, may work non‑standard shifts, proficient in MS Office, and hold a valid driver's license.
