Responsibilities:
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
The Physical Therapist in Home Health is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Physical Therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology Required and
- Graduate of an accredited program from a CAPTE-accredited school Required
Work Experience
- No experience required Required
Licenses and Certifications
- PT - Physical Therapist Upon Hire Required
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Upon Hire Required
