Are You Booster’s Next Seasonal Warehouse Associate?

We’re looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to join our Logistics team from August through October and help keep our warehouse running smoothly during one of our busiest times of the year.

In this role, you’ll help ensure inventory and customer orders move through the warehouse safely, accurately, and efficiently. From receiving and picking to staging, packing, and shipping, you’ll play an important part in getting the right products where they need to go and supporting an excellent experience for our teams and customers.

How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:

• Accurately pick customer and apparel orders to support on-time shipments and production schedules.

• Receive incoming inventory, verify accuracy, and put materials away in the correct warehouse locations.

• Pack and ship orders efficiently, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and preparation for outbound delivery.

• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.

• Stage apparel orders for production, verifying completeness and organizing materials for delivery to the appropriate location.

• Load outbound trailers to maximize space utilization and support safe transportation.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following warehouse safety procedures and standards.

• Work efficiently throughout the day to meet warehouse quality and productivity expectations.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Required

• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and remain physically active throughout the workday

• Ability to safely traverse and access all areas of the warehouse

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity expectations

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks

• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

Preferred

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping and receiving experience

• Experience operating warehouse equipment or material handling equipment

• Experience with inventory management or cycle counting

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or barcode scanning technology

Seasonal Dates: August-October

Compensation: $17/hour

Location: GA Warehouse [Alpharetta, GA]

Work Hours: Full time (40 hours/week)

Exempt/non-exempt: Non-exempt
