Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will assess residents, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and document in the EHR while prioritizing safety and quality.
