Production Operator III

The Production Operator III is an advanced manufacturing professional responsible for operating, setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing threading, bending, and fabrication equipment. This position serves as a technical resource within the production department, ensuring product quality, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring Production Operator I and II employees. The Production Operator III demonstrates advanced knowledge of RMC products, manufacturing processes, and equipment while helping achieve production, quality, and safety objectives.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Have 4–6 years of manufacturing, fabrication, or machine-operation experience
  • Have experience with machine setups, tooling changes, and troubleshooting
  • Be able to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
  • Have strong safety, quality, and leadership skills
  • Be comfortable training and mentoring less-experienced operators
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Have forklift experience or the ability to become certified

We want to add that threading and bending experience is a major plus.
