Job Description:
Join Data Management Technology and Enterprise Architecture’s (DMTEA) Data Quality Controls & Execution (DQCE) organization and help shape the future of enterprise data governance and policy management at Bank of America. This role leads critical initiatives focused on policy adherence, regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance transformation while partnering across business, technology, and control organizations to advance AI-ready data capabilities, governance maturity, and enterprise data management excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise data policy and standards governance activities across DMTEA and DQCE.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Enterprise Data Management standards.
- Partner with business, technology, risk, and control stakeholders to drive policy adherence, governance oversight, audit support, issue remediation, and strategic data management initiatives.
- Support transformation efforts through policy modernization, governance maturity, automation, and AI-ready data enablement.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with data technologies and data systems.
- Advanced understanding of metadata and data lineage concepts.
- Strong knowledge of products, services, and data domains within supported business areas.
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and program-level governance activities.
- Experience supporting Agile and waterfall delivery frameworks.
Desired Qualifications:
- Drives adoption and continuous improvement of solution delivery processes across teams.
- Understanding of architecture and bank standards.
- Supports architecture design and implementation activities.
