Are you ready to launch your career in medical device sales while making a real impact? As an Associate Sales Representative supporting our Trauma business in Pensacola, Florida, you will gain hands on experience in the operating room, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and develop the technical expertise needed to grow into a high performing sales career.
 
What will you be doing?
  • Supporting the Trauma Sales team across the Pensacola territory to drive revenue growth and achieve quota
  • Assisting with surgical case coverage, providing technical support in operating room environments
  • Setting up and managing demo inventory, product installations, and troubleshooting equipment
  • Delivering product education and in service training to surgeons and hospital staff
  • Transporting inventory between customer accounts to ensure product availability
  • Building foundational knowledge of Trauma Orthopaedics including internal and external fixation solutions
  • Developing strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical teams
  • Participating in a 24 7 on call rotation with the wider team
     
What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or relevant clinical experience
  • Strong technical learning ability and interest in Trauma Orthopaedics
  • Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel
  • Self motivated and results driven mindset with a desire to grow in medical device sales
  • Preferred background in orthopedics or clinical roles such as EMT, Paramedic, Surgical Tech, SPD, OR Aide, or Athletic Trainer
     
All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
