Respiratory Therapist

Carle Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. In this role, you will assess and treat patients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions, administer oxygen therapy, ventilator support, and medications, and perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function assessments. You will collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold rigorous standards for patient safety, infection control, and clinical excellence.
