This ambulatory surgery center is part of a comprehensive healthcare network serving the Fredericksburg region, with additional facilities including Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital. The facility maintains Level 2 trauma capabilities and provides a wide range of surgical services with state-of-the-art equipment and professional support.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice (CRNA) - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple surgical specialties including cardiac, orthopedic, vascular, neurosurgical, thoracic, and obstetrical cases
• Administer general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients
• Perform spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia procedures
• Handle complex cases including neurosurgical procedures (head and spine), thoracic cases, and complex vascular procedures
• Manage pain management techniques including post-operative epidural and extremity blocks
• Perform transforaminal procedures for both lumbar and cervical cases
• Provide ventilation management and evaluation of acute volume/blood pressure issues
• Central line and PA catheter placement capabilities required
• CRNA supervision responsibilities
• Board certification required with ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Must maintain active Virginia nursing license
• 90-day credentialing timeframe
• Preferred hotel accommodations available
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
