Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule 5x8.0 schedule: 9-hour shifts for four days plus one 4-hour shift on Friday.

Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and physician directives. The role includes delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services while ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that facilitate patient return to community activities. This position also serves to educate patients, families, coworkers, and students.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.

Utilize clinical reasoning to create and adjust treatment plans and goals.

Document patient care accurately, timely, and compliant with guidelines.

Participate in student programs by providing a positive learning environment.

Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain licensure.

Contribute to organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.

1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.

CPR certification.

Active physical therapy license for the state of employment.
