Minimum Requirements

Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Active PT Illinois license
2 years exp.
Accredited PT program

Assignment Details

13-week assignment.
Outpatient and rehabilitation setting.
No local candidates. Must have a verifiable address 50 miles from facility.
Cover sheet required.
