Seeking Caring Babysitter for One Preschool Child on Flexible Schedule

We’re looking for a kind, patient, and dependable babysitter for our sweet 4-year-old daughter who is currently in TK. The schedule would be Tuesday through Friday from 2:30 PM–5:00 PM, about 10 hours per week. She is very sweet, playful, curious, and fairly independent for her age. She loves singing, dancing, arts and crafts, and anything that lets her be creative. She enjoys doing things on her own, so we’re looking for someone who can encourage her independence while still providing guidance and supervision to make sure she is safe and doing things appropriately. During your time with her, the main responsibilities would be helping her with lunch, spending some time playing or doing a simple activity with her, and then helping her wind down and get ready for her afternoon nap. She is generally very easygoing and easy to care for. We would love to find someone who is warm, attentive, responsible, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children. Someone who is comfortable following her routine while also engaging with her through play, conversation, music, or arts and crafts would be a great fit for our family.
