COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS)
  • Up to $550,000 guaranteed annual salary
  • $30,000 Signing Bonus
  • $18,000 per year housing allowance provided by Employer
  • Comprehensive benefits including 8 Weeks PTO, 106% employer retirement-match on up to 4% employee contribution
  • $4,000 annual CME allowance
  • $20,000 annual school loan assistance from employer
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS)
  • A state of the art, 25-bed critical access Hospital offering comprehensive healthcare
  • Monday-Friday schedule with split between Clinical / Surgical focus along with 1 admin day
  • 1:2 on-call
  • On average up to 2200 - 2400 clinic patients and 250-270 surgeries per year
  • A generalist role with Orthopedic surgical focus

  • New providers out of residency and experienced providers welcome to apply
  • Board-certified / board-eligible status preferred
  • Open to J1 Sponsorship
