Pediatrics Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Mission Health is seeking a Pediatrics Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical operations in our pediatric unit in Asheville, NC. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, support pediatric RNs, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, oversee patient flow, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. The Coordinator mentors staff, supports education and onboarding, and helps implement clinical improvements that enhance outcomes, patient experience, and family-centered care throughout the unit.
