Office Manager – Team & Growth Leader
Beecher Crossing Dental | Gahanna, Ohio
The Opportunity
Beecher Crossing Dental is entering an exciting stage of growth.
We are a 10-operatory practice in Gahanna with a clear vision: grow from approximately $1.3M in annual collections to $4M+ over the next 2–3 years while building an exceptional team, strong culture, and operational foundation.
We believe sustainable growth starts with people.
We're looking for an Office Manager who can bring people together, create structure, develop the team, and help turn our vision into consistent execution.
This isn't about growth at all costs. It's about building something great, together.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a leader who:
- Genuinely cares about people and puts the team first
- Leads through collaboration, communication, and trust
- Creates structure and consistency without creating unnecessary complexity
- Holds people accountable while making them feel supported
- Is comfortable having honest and respectful conversations
- Takes ownership and looks for solutions
- Enjoys developing people and helping them succeed
- Is energized by measurable progress
- Is coachable, self-aware, and committed to personal growth
Dental leadership experience is valuable, but character, leadership ability, and cultural alignment matter just as much.
What You'll Help Build
You'll work closely with ownership, doctors, and the team to:
- Grow the practice toward $4M+ in annual collections
- Increase and effectively manage new patient flow
- Develop a highly productive and patient-focused hygiene department
- Improve scheduling efficiency across our 10 operatories
- Strengthen case acceptance and the patient experience
- Build clear, simple operational systems
- Establish and track meaningful KPIs
- Recruit, onboard, and develop great team members
- Strengthen communication and collaboration throughout the office
- Create healthy accountability and performance standards
- Protect and strengthen our culture as we grow
What Success Looks Like
Over the next 12–24 months, we expect to see:
- Annual collections surpass $2M and continue climbing toward $4M+
- Consistent growth in new patient flow
- Increased hygiene productivity and capacity
- Better utilization of our 10 operatories
- Stronger scheduling and case acceptance
- Clear KPIs and consistent operational systems
- Improved team communication and accountability
- A team that feels supported, aligned, and excited about where we're going
The numbers matter — but how we achieve them matters just as much.
We want to build a high-performing practice without sacrificing the people and culture that make it special.
How We Think About Leadership
We believe leadership is service.
Your job isn't simply to manage people. It's to create an environment where great people can do their best work.
That means listening, communicating, creating clarity, developing people, solving problems, and holding high standards.
You'll have autonomy and ownership, but you won't be expected to build alone.
You'll work collaboratively with ownership and leadership across our growing organization to continually improve the practice.
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive salary based on experience and leadership ability
- Performance-based bonuses tied to measurable practice growth
- Direct collaboration and mentorship from ownership
- Leadership development
- Opportunity for expanded responsibility as our organization grows
As the practice grows, your opportunity to grow with it will too.
