Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adult rehab patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. In our inpatient and home-based settings, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, deliver direct therapy, and educate patients and families on strategies for improved communication and safe swallowing. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
