  • Mostly adult patients -- healthy peds for dental cases only
  • Cases: general surgery, urology, ENT, OBGYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy
  • Pediatric dental cases included in case mix
  • Hospital privileges required
  • PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
  • Board certification required
