Baystate Noble Hospital is an 85-bed acute care community hospital helping people in the greater Westfield community and offers direct access to world-class technology, diagnostics, and specialists.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the safe and effective management of patient care.

• Coordinates patient care activities across all units/departments for a designated shift.

• Acts as senior administrator on duty for patient care areas and other departments.

• Serves as clinical expert for patients, families, staff and other departments. Rounds on every unit as often as needed during designated shift.

• Assists in the orientation of staff, monitors patient care, and makes direct observations of the outcomes of care.

SCHEDULE:

• 24 hours, 7:00am-3:30pm (every weekend Fri-Sun)

• Location: Baystate Noble Hospital

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

• Education: Diploma in Nursing
