Skilled Nursing Facility Registered Nurse

Hampshire Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate bedside care to residents with complex medical and rehabilitative needs. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
