Assistant Wargame Director

ManTech International seeks an Assistant Wargame Director to support the design and execution of advanced defense and intelligence wargames. In this role, you’ll help craft realistic scenarios, conduct research on adversary capabilities, and develop game rules, injects, and materials that inform national security decision-making. You’ll assist in facilitating exercises, capturing data, and producing after-action reports. Collaborating with cyber, intel, and engineering experts, you’ll bring analytical rigor and creativity to complex mission problems in a mission-focused, learning-oriented environment.
