In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adults requiring close monitoring and complex nursing interventions. Responsibilities include ongoing assessment, cardiac and telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and coordination of multidisciplinary care plans. You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives within a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive team environment focused on professional growth.
