Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic interventions, assist with evaluations, and document patient progress. You’ll educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and help create a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality rehabilitation and functional independence.
