Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Treasury Management Officer to join our thriving Mortgage industry team. This role is integral to the financial success and smooth operation of our business, as it involves managing cash flow, payment solutions, merchant services, and deposit services. The successful candidate will be involved in client servicing, online banking, ACH, lockbox services, remote deposit capture, positive pay, banking compliance, and risk awareness. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of cash management, including payment solutions, merchant services, deposit services, and online banking.
2. Ensure efficient client servicing, addressing all queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Administer ACH, lockbox services, remote deposit capture, and positive pay, ensuring all transactions are conducted smoothly and securely.
4. Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations and maintain a high level of risk awareness to protect the company's financial interests.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and working to resolve any issues that arise.
6. Continuously monitor and analyze the company's financial operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes as necessary.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to the company's financial operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial treasury management, preferably within the Mortgage industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of cash management, payment solutions, merchant services, deposit services, client servicing, online banking, ACH, lockbox services, remote deposit capture, positive pay, banking compliance, and risk awareness.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
7. Strong understanding of banking regulations and the ability to ensure strict compliance.
8. Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
