30-minute appointment slots allowing for relationship-based care
No inpatient responsibilities or hospital rounding
Shared call coverage (1:12) with RN triage support
Dedicated Medical Assistant support
Epic EMR
Collaborative team consisting of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
