  • Establish disciplined mechanisms to prioritize, track, escalate, and drive closure of commitments
  • Lead special projects and initiatives that improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the CMWO organization.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to support CMWO budgeting, staffing plans, and related operational processes.
  • Anticipate emerging challenges, organizational risks, competing priorities, and decision points for the CCMO.
  • Apply sound judgement to determine what requires the CCMO’s attention vs. what can be resolved through the Leadership team
  • Pressure-test plans and recommendations and service as a candid thought partner

Executive Operations & Coordination

  • Partner with the CCMO Executive Assistant to manage the organization's business rhythm, key timelines, leadership meetings, and all-team meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Support the CCMO in developing key internal and external messages, speeches, presentations, reports, and other executive communications.
  • Help shape and maintain a consistent corporate narrative aligned with the company's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with leaders across CMWO and other corporate functions, including Finance, HR, and IT, to advance cross-functional priorities and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison across the CMWO organization, its senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and organizational teams to ensure priorities, decisions, and key messages are communicated consistently.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve team efficiency, structure, workflows, well-being, project management, internal communication, and decision-making.
  • Lead change management for new initiatives, process improvements, and organizational shifts.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of related experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong corporate communications, brand, and marketing acumen, with experience preparing executive-level materials.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to influence, build trust, and drive alignment across senior leaders and functions without relying on formal authority.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with flexibility to work extended hours as required.

Preferred Qualifications
