1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently by:

• Supporting machine crews and production teams throughout the facility
• Retrieving and returning cutting dies according to production schedules
• Assisting operators with feeding stock and material handling
• Helping stack finished products and prepare orders for shipment
• Operating forklifts and transfer carts (training provided)
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas
• Following all safety procedures, 6S standards, and lean manufacturing practices
• Supporting product quality and food safety requirements
• Working as part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement
• Assisting in other production areas as needed

• Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
