Licensed Clinical Social Worker

LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide outpatient psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a hybrid in-person/telehealth model. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, evidence-based individual and family therapy, crisis and risk assessments, and collaborative treatment planning. You will document care in our EMR, coordinate with psychiatrists and other clinicians, and support a diverse patient population.
