Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, improving mobility, and promoting independence and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document patient progress, educate patients and families, and uphold our patient-centered culture of dignity, compassion, and respect while pursuing ongoing professional growth.
