Speech Language Pathologist

VitalCaring is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver compassionate home-based care to home health and hospice patients. In this role, you will perform speech, language, and swallowing evaluations; develop individualized treatment plans; and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients communicate, swallow safely, and maintain quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and document care in our EMR.
