Job Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a smaller offsite vehicle repair facility. This role provides hands-on leadership across mechanical repair, software, quality, logistics, and facility activities to ensure vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently, and to establish quality and delivery standards.
The Site Supervisor serves as the primary onsite leader, coordinating resources, resolving daily issues, and partnering with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to maintain efficient vehicle flow and execution.
What you'll Do:
- Lead daily site operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Supervise and develop mechanical, software, quality, logistics, and facility personnel.
- Establish daily priorities, work assignments, and staffing plans.
- Coordinate vehicle repair, software, inspection, and release activities.
- Track vehicle status, repair progress, aging, and overall site performance.
- Ensure repairs meet approved processes, specifications, and quality standards.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
- Ensure parts, tools, equipment, and resources are available to support operations.
- Manage vehicle movement, material flow, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Maintain facility readiness, workplace organization, and 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, high-voltage, and other safety requirements.
- Drive accountability, root cause resolution, and continuous improvement across the site.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, vehicle repair, or service operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisor, or similar leadership role.
