Pay Range: $51,140.00 – $63,080.00

We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Sales Associate to support our sales and operational teams. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate sales and billing information, and supporting business growth through strong administrative and relationship management skills.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and review invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms
  • Execute timely billing cycles, meeting all deadlines and maintaining organized workflows
  • Manage credits, rebills, and pricing adjustments while resolving billing discrepancies
  • Track and apply pricing updates in coordination with Sales and Finance teams
  • Partner cross-functionally to support billing processes, audits, and continuous improvement

What Are We Looking For

  • Experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related administrative functions
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with ERP/billing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
