Physical Therapist

Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in our patient-centered outpatient clinic. In this role, you will evaluate musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, design individualized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education to restore function and mobility.
