Beynon Sports Surfaces is seeking a Chemical Processor to support the production of high-performance polyurethane and specialty surfacing products. This role is critical to ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency in our manufacturing process. What You’ll Do

• Measure, mix, and process chemical formulations according to established specifications
• Operate and monitor processing equipment, reactors, and blending systems
• Ensure accurate batching and documentation of production runs
• Perform quality checks and report any deviations or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of raw materials and chemicals
• Support continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and quality

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or industrial production preferred
• Ability to accurately follow formulas, procedures, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with processing equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to start work at 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
