Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on aseptic processing and packaging equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues to restore equipment operation safely and efficiently.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
  • Support the maintenance of automated production systems, including PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, servo-driven systems, process control equipment, conveyors, cartoners, case packers, and palletizers.
  • Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and preventive maintenance records accurately and timely.
  • Partner with Production and Reliability teams to identify opportunities for equipment improvements and increased reliability.
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including Safety, Food Safety, GMP, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in technical training and cross-functional development opportunities as required.
Required
  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or aseptic processing environment; OR
  • Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field with applicable maintenance experience.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour continental shift schedule, including nights, holidays, and every other weekend.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in industrial manufacturing environments for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and around moving mechanical equipment.
Pay Range: $31.98/hr to $47.44
