Physical Therapist

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, home-based and community rehabilitation services. You will evaluate patients, design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, and focus on restoring mobility, strength, and independence after illness, injury, or surgery. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes using EHR systems, and educate patients and families on safety and home exercise programs.
