Manpower is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Hanover, PA. This position will lead safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs while promoting a culture of safety throughout a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

• Manage OSHA, EPA, ISO, and environmental compliance programs.
• Develop and deliver safety and environmental training.
• Maintain EHS policies, procedures, permits, and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste records.
• Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies and coordinate audits.
• Manage Workers' Compensation reporting and case management.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of PA hazardous waste regulations preferred.
• Experience with Workers' Compensation management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
