This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hybrid coverage plus call
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of cases: Adults, very few pediatric patients
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record(EMR): Athena & Medhost
• Certifications required: American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• License required: Active Michigan license
