A bit about us:

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be considered.

A growing specialty commercial contractor is seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Foreman to help lead the construction of commercial outdoor amenity spaces throughout Texas.

Initially, you will work closely with existing subcontractors to coordinate daily field activities, maintain production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure work meets established quality standards. As the role grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated 2–4 person field crew.

Why join us?

  • $60,000–$75,000 base salary
  • Vehicle allowance
  • Fuel and tolls paid
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Company pays 50% of Health, Dental, and Vision insurance premiums
