Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
- 11am - 7:30pm
- Requires working every other weekend & every other holiday
- $19.25/hour
- Sets up the steamtable on time to prevent delays in the tray line.
- Ensures food temperatures are maintained at appropriate temperatures per state and federal regulations; monitors temperatures throughout meal service.
- Provides the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
- Follows recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food for consumption in eating establishments.
- Instructs attendants in regard to menu offerings and/or menu changes.
- Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in quantity food production.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Maryland Food Handler’s Certificate preferred.
