About The Role
As a Pricing Analyst on our Corporate Finance team, you'll bring together two closely connected parts of our business: helping win new work by supporting proposal pricing, and helping deliver on our current commitments by managing program-level finances across a portfolio of federally funded contracts and grants.
You'll partner directly with Project Directors and Program/Contract Managers on budgeting and forecasting, and you'll provide matrixed support to Altarum's Corporate Program Management Office (PMO) — contributing cross-program financial analysis, dashboards, and status reporting. If you're a finance professional with a few years of experience looking to build deep expertise in government contract and nonprofit program finance, this role offers a strong foundation within a mission-driven organization.

Why Join Our Team?

You'll also gain broad exposure across the organization — partnering with Project Directors, Program/Contract Managers, Business Development, Contracts, and our Corporate PMO — building a well-rounded view of how a mission-driven government contractor operates.
Where You'll Work
Remote with occasional in-person collaboration days
If you’re near one of our offices (Silver Spring, MD; or Novi, MI), you’ll be Hybrid and will join us in person one day every other month (6 times per year) for a fun, purpose-driven Collaboration Day. These days are filled with creative energy, meaningful connection, and team brainstorming.
Non-local employees will join these days virtually and may be asked to join us occasionally in-person.
