Full job description

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing community-based primary care network in Salem, NH . This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-established, physician-led organization committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across the Merrimack Valley region.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced physicians who are passionate about primary care and collaborative, team-based practice.

Position Highlights

  • Outpatient-only Internal Medicine practice (no inpatient or hospital rounding)

  • Full-time and part-time flexible scheduling options

  • Well-established, multispecialty practices with strong referral networks

  • Collaborative, team-based care model

  • On-site access to specialists, lab, and imaging services (site dependent)

  • Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system across Mass General Brigham

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services and chronic disease management

  • Build long-term relationships with a diverse patient population

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, care coordinators, social workers, and behavioral health specialists

  • Participate in a care model designed to support quality outcomes and physician satisfaction

Support & Resources

  • Embedded care team support, including nurse care managers, social work, and behavioral health

  • Centralized population health tools and virtual support teams (in-basket management, Rx refills, virtual care support)

  • Dedicated after-hours and weekend call program (no fixed call schedule)

  • Strong administrative and clinical infrastructure to reduce physician burden
