Our client, a leading organization in the Dental Supplies industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the Product Data Management Department supporting the Product Enrichment and Content Development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Data Entry Clerk

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour

Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

  • Develop and refine content for complex product lines to enhance online presence and customer engagement
  • Research, analyze, and update product specification data for tens of thousands of items to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Create search engine optimized (SEO) copy for products and taxonomies, reviewing team members’ work and providing improvement guidance
  • Generate reports on product enrichment status, missing content, and sales performance to support strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with the product team to analyze sales data and report on category improvements for continuous growth

What's Needed?

  • College-level degree and/or technical school training in relevant fields
  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience with database management and data entry
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and other data applications handling large, complex datasets
  • Strong research, content creation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
