Wellstar Health System is seeking New Graduate Nurses to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will assess patients, administer medications, support procedures, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, patient-centered care. New grads receive a structured transition-to-practice program with preceptorship, ongoing coaching, and skills training. You’ll document in the EHR, educate patients and families, follow safety and infection-prevention protocols, and participate in quality-improvement efforts within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
