This facility is seeking a Family or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 9:00a-4:00p. 6 shifts in November
• Patients Per Day: 10-12
• Practice Setting: Family Clinic
• Scope: Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure: Active California State License, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1 Week
