Part time Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Part time Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Part time Production Associate, you will be integral to supporting manufacturing operations at a prominent facility in Trinity, Alabama. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Part time Production Associate

Location: Trinity, AL

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shifts available : Thursday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or Thursday – Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
(Part-time associates will be scheduled for specific shifts based on business needs.)

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production line machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S practices

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and remain on feet for extended periods
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
