Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues across multiple systems
• Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with clear documentation
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members for efficient workflow
• Ensure high-quality, first-time correct repairs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills (required)
• Experience with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Computer literacy (shop systems, estimating, inspection tools)
• ASE Certifications preferred (not required)
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
• Stable work history and commitment to craftsmanship
