Coverage Type:

Outpatient (some inpatient call on occasional weekends)

Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call

Shift Times:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Lunch:

30 minutes to 1 hour unpaid

Minimum Shift Requirement:

4 weeks per month; full-time coverage

License Requirements:

Active WA license or Active IMLC

DEA Required:

Yes

Board Certification:

BC only

Lymphoma experience and cell therapy experience are preferred.
