What You'll Be Doing
Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment
Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed
Support plant operations by following safety and operational procedures
Conduct routine inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to work safely in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
Willingness to learn and operate various types of equipment
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Must meet all legal requirements to work in the U.S.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
